  • What kind of payment does The Hunny Pot accept?

    The Hunny Pot accepts cash, debit, Visa & Mastercard.

  • I think I lost a personal item at The Hunny Pot, what do I do?

    Please email [email protected] if you lost an item at the store. We will notify you if we find your item.

  • When did your store open?

    The first Hunny Pot Cannabis Co. location opened on April 1st, 2019.

  • What form of ID do you accept?

    To enter any of The Hunny Pot locations, each customer will need one piece of valid government-issued photo ID. IDs from outside of Canada may be accepted. Photos or printouts of IDs will not be accepted. Please see below valid IDs accepted at The Hunny Pot:
    - Ontario Driver's Licence
    - Ontario Photo Card
    - Canadian Passport
    - Canadian Citizenship Card
    - Canadian Armed Forces Identification Card
    - Certificate of Indian Status Card (issued by Indian and Northern Affairs Canada)

  • What types of products do you currently sell at The Hunny Pot?

    The Hunny Pot sells a range of products in compliance with government regulations and includes dried flower, pre-rolled joints, oil, capsules, concentrates & extracts, edibles, beverages, and topicals.

    The Hunny Pot also sells a variety of accessories including vaporizers, vaporizer pens, bongs, water pipes, handheld pipes, papers & filters, grinders, tools & kits, cleaning supplies, storage, trays and infusers.

    *Please note that our inventory changes daily and we cannot guarantee any of the above products upon visit.

  • What accessories do you sell?

    In addition to dried flower, pre-rolled joints, oil, capsules, concentrates & extracts, edibles, beverages, and topicals, The Hunny Pot sells vaporizers, vaporizer pens, bongs, water pipes, handheld pipes, papers & filters, grinders, tools & kits, cleaning supplies, storage, trays and infusers.

  • Do you sell concentrates, edibles or topicals?

    With the legalization of these products in October 2019, The Hunny Pot now carries Cannabis 2.0 products. These products include; edibles, beverages, vaporizers, topicals and concentrates & extracts.

  • Are your cannabis products grown in Canada?

    We sell a variety of products, which are all grown and made by licensed producers in Canada. However, we purchase these products from the Ontario Cannabis Store. It is not permitted to purchase directly from a licensed producer.

  • Where do you get your products?

    All cannabis products available at The Hunny Pot come from the Ontario Cannabis Store.

  • What is the price range of your cannabis product?

    Our flower pricing starts at $8.00 per gram. Pre-roll joint pricing starts at $5.31 per gram.

  • Is there a menu available to view the product?

    Yes! You can view The Hunny Pot’s up to date menus by visiting the Cannabis tab on our website and selecting the location you are looking for. The Hunny Pot also has menus displayed in stores.

  • How do I know what product is best for me?

    Please visit a Hunny Pot location and speak to one of our knowledgeable budtenders. Our staff is happy to answer any questions and help you choose the right product for you. We offer one-on-one consultations to ensure you leave with the best product for you.

  • Can I order cannabis online?

    The Hunny Pot does not sell cannabis products online. However, The Hunny Pot does offer Click & Collect which allows customers to set aside their desired cannabis products online before visiting one of our stores to pick it up.

     

    You can view The Hunny Pot’s up to date menus by visiting the Cannabis tab on our website and selecting the location you are looking for.

  • Do I need to create a profile?

    It is not necessary to create a profile at The Hunny Pot. If you would like to create a profile at a Hunny Pot store, your purchases can be retained on file for easy purchasing the next time you visit.

  • What is the maximum amount of cannabis I can buy?

    By government regulations, you may not exceed more than 30 grams of dried cannabis or the equivalent in other cannabis forms per transaction.

  • I purchased from your store, but I am not satisfied. What is your return policy?

    Thanks for shopping at The Hunny Pot. While we strive to ensure you are satisfied with every product that you purchase, we do have a return/refund policy in place.

     

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please view our Refund & Return Policy Page for more information.

  • Returns

    You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

     

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    Please note that no cannabis product will be accepted for return once it has left The Hunny Pot. We ask you to verify your product before leaving.

  • Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

     

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • I have a complaint about the quality or amount of product I received, what do I do?

    Every cannabis product sold at The Hunny Pot comes from The Ontario Cannabis Store. The Hunny Pot does not have the ability for quality control. If you have a complaint about a specific product from a licensed producer or would like to provide further feedback to the Ontario Cannabis Store, please fill out the provided form here.

    ID Scanning

  • Why do you scan IDs at the reception?

    Scanning ID's is not mandatory. Scanning ID's is a core of our responsible retailing initiative to ensure minors do not gain entry to our stores or purchase product. In addition to ensuring all customers are over 19, scanning ID's also helps to alleviate wait times by quick checking the ID is valid and government-issued. The scanners can easily create a profile for future purchasing purposes.

    It is not necessary or required to create a profile at a Hunny Pot store. If you would like to create a profile, your purchases can be retained on file for easy purchasing the next time you visit. The Hunny Pot profile allows you to be added to a list to receive emails regarding any exclusive sales or events at the store.

  • Do the scanners collect personal information?

    Customers have a choice at reception to scan their ID or not. Customers can request not have their ID scanned, and The Hunny Pot team would be happy to check IDs manually. The scanners can easily create a profile for future purchasing purposes.

  • Does the software automatically collect information?

    The software does not automatically store information but can store information if a customer chooses to create a profile at a store. The pre-set function is NOT automatically to store data.

  • Is your store accessible?

    All Hunny Pot locations are accessible.

    This location is four floors with stairs. At this time, we have a temporary accessibility ramp that provides access to the entrance for those with accessibility needs. We also have the ability for our skilled budtenders to bring product and the point-of-sale device directly to the individual. We are committed to finding a long-term solution to meet all accessibility needs and are currently working with consultants and MPP's on the matter.

  • What is the legal age for cannabis?

    In Ontario, the legal minimum age to purchase and use cannabis is 19. It is illegal to buy cannabis for anyone under the age of 19.

  • When did recreational cannabis become legal?

    In Canada, recreational cannabis became legal on October 17th, 2018.
