We’ve Got A Live Budtender & You’ve Gotta Check It Out

In this new age of online shopping with pick up and delivery orders, we needed to find a way to continue to bring you the level of informative customer service online that you will get in any one of our storefronts.

If you’ve been to our website you may have noticed the little chat bubble on the bottom right, this is our Live Budtender! From 11am to 7pm, 7 days a week we are here to answer any of your questions from product information to store operations.

Want to know what the highest THC is at a store? Want to know the ETA on your delivery order? Wondering what the hours are at your nearest location? We can help you with that!

During our online hours you should expect to hear back from us within a minute or two and you can take as long as you want to ask as many questions as you have! After the 7pm window you are still able to send a ticket message and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

One limit to keep in mind however is that unfortunately, since we are a strictly recreational store we are unable to give any medical or health related recommendations. The best thing to do would be to get in contact with your doctor or a medical prescription service that can get you a doctor, that way you can get a personalized script that matches your needs, this allows you to order direct from the licensed producers at a reduced cost and opens up a greater range of products.
