Hunny Pot Cannabis Hive Rewards Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Hunny Pot Cannabis Hive Rewards Loyalty Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before joining the Program. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the Program.

Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of Ontario and are 19 years of age or older. Employees of Hunny Pot Cannabis Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.

Enrollment

To enroll in the Program, you must create a registered account on our website or in-store and provide accurate and complete information. Participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

Earning Points

Each visit to a participating Hunny Pot Cannabis store will earn you points. Additional points may be earned for specific actions, as determined by Hunny Pot Cannabis, from time to time. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Redeeming Points

Points earned through the Program can be redeemed for rewards as specified by Hunny Pot Cannabis from time to time. The redemption of points is subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Points Expiration

Points earned in the Program will have an expiration date of Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) days as long as the Program remains active. However, in the event of Program termination or any changes to the Program, Hunny Pot Cannabis may, at its discretion, specify an expiry date for unredeemed points.

Program Changes and Termination

Hunny Pot Cannabis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to the Program or these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Hunny Pot Cannabis website. Continued participation in the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Communication

By participating in the Program, you agree to receive promotional communications and updates related to the Program via email or other means of communication provided by you during enrollment. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by adjusting your communication preferences within your account settings.

Privacy

Hunny Pot Cannabis values your privacy. Your personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

Limitation of Liability

Hunny Pot Cannabis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program or these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Program or these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The seat of arbitration shall be Toronto, Ontario, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hunny Pot Cannabis regarding the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations.

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
