How-To: Blackberry Fizzle Mocktail
With the weather warming up, we instantly think of sparkling beverages. The team at The Green Dutchman Organic [TGOD] created this recipe for a Blackberry Fizz Mocktail and we just have to share it with you!
So here it is!
Serves: 2 | 10 Mins | 10mg THC/serving
Ingredients Needed:
- 2 cups Ginger Ale
- 1 tbsp Blackberry Puree
- 1/2 cup Blackberries
- 1 bunch Rosemary
- 1 Lemon
- 2 Ripple Dissolvable 10mg THC Powder
- Crushed Ice
Instructions:
- Make blackberry skewers by removing leaves from rosemary stem and pushing a toothpick the blackberries. Then thread several berries onto each rosemary stem.
- In a pitcher add ginger ale, Ripple Dissolvable 10mg THC Powder sachets and stir.
- Spoon 3 tablespoons of blackberry puree into the bottom of each glass.
- Top puree with a thick layer of crushed ice.
- Gently pour drink mix over the ice.
- Garnish with blackberry skewers and lemon slices [optional].

Blackberry Puree:
- 1/2 cup Blackberries
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Instructions:
- Add blackberries, lemon juice and maple syrup to the blender and puree. Pour puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds. Refrigerate until using.
**If you are new to cannabis edibles, make sure to start low and go slow. If it’s your fist time, it is recommended reducing this ingredient or submitting it with our Ripple THC 2.5mg or THC 5mg.
